Hi, I’m Ann — a mom raising young kids, including my beautifully unique son, Luca, who is on the autism spectrum.
When Luca was first diagnosed at age 3, I remember feeling confused, isolated, and unsure of where to even start. There were endless questions, but clear answers were hard to find. That experience was the spark that led me to create this blog.
I’m not a medical professional, therapist, or expert. I’m just a mom — like you — learning, stumbling, and growing along the way. What I can share is what I’ve learned through the maze of therapies, school, community resources, and the daily ups and downs of parenting after an autism diagnosis.
This space exists to:
- Share practical steps I wish I had known sooner.
- Provide support and encouragement for parents in the early stages of the journey.
- Highlight resources and tools that can make life easier for families like ours.
My hope is simple: that you’ll come away feeling a little less alone, more prepared, and a lot more supported as you navigate your own path. If you’re looking for next steps, emotional reassurance, or just a reminder that there’s a whole community of parents who get it — you’ve found a safe place to land.
